-Strategic development of Jellyfish’s creative social media offering, with a focus on client growth and retention
-Global social media operations
-Team building and new location set ups
-Head of Department for social media team: 48 individuals in UK, US, ES, FR, DE and SW.
Key clients include Netflix, Prime Video, AppleTV+, L’Oreal, King Games Candy Crush, Google, Suzuki Cars, N26 bank.

Account lead for Activision Call of Duty, providing global content transcreation, publishing and community management.
Responsibilities:
-Senior client and commercial management (business plans and forecasting)
-Team management (35 individuals across 12 countries), recruitment and line management
-Account’s operations, creative and strategic direction
Previous experience included Netflix UK and Nordics, as well as LEGO, where I led a Snapchat store activation.

Digital and Social client lead for Sure Deodorant UK (Unilever) and Danone Early Life Nutrition (Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Super Yummies, Nutrimum).
Responsibilities:
-Account and project management across social media retainers, projects, video/photo shoots, web development, display
-Strategic campaign planning and production, delivery oversight
-Coordination of large Always On teams on highly regulated field
-Line management of junior members of the team

Digital and Social account lead across Unilever business (including Sunsilk, Spreads and World Baking Day. Reporting to Business Director.
Responsibilities:
-Day-to-day account and project management: strategy, brand development, campaign production (including video/photo shoots)
-Development of global strategy toolkits for local market implementation
-Line management of junior members of the team
Whilst at M&C Saatchi I was also able to lead and support print, social and digital innovation work for Converse UK, Transport for London and Ballantine’s.

Account Executive, 2012-2013
Account management for Nike UK and Nike Western Europe digital and social: Running, Womens, Fuelband.
Key projects: UK implementation of We Own The Night (Nike Women’s Race); Tinie Tempah Blazerhunt and a multi-language eCRM campaign delivery for Flyknit Experience. I also handled the social media management of all Nike UK platforms.
