I had the great fortune of leading a winning pitch team for Prime Video’s Operación Triunfo, collaborating closely with Jellyfish’s exceptional VP of Creative in Spain.
Launched in 2021, OT is Spain’s most popular reality TV show, with a remarkable 90% of the country's population aware of it.
This 12th season marked a significant milestone as it was the first to be broadcast by Amazon Prime Video and aired by an over-the-top streaming service instead of a free-to-air television channel. Supporting ‘live’ television and developing a strategic approach and team to deliver it was a career highlight.
The show was a huge success and has been renewed for a second season.
Episode 1 was the most wacthed show launch in the history of Prime Video in Spain
As part of the campaign, the team developed a series of editorial and repeatable formats
The team also developed a filter for fans to see what contestant they were
Our creatives and designers set up a unique look and feel, including specific contestant cards highlighting the cities they came from
The social media team had a really strong approach to reactive. Their crossover with another popular Spanish show that was trending went viral on X
